Clough Vista is two former lead miners cottages  built circa 1750.The property underwent a major refurbishment approximately 10 years ago and had just had a minor refurbishment completed May 2009. During the first refurbishment we re used many of the things we took out. For example most of the doors are made from old floorboards,the door surrounds are made from old floor joists and the porch is made form stone we removed from the property.We have tried to maintain the character of the property throughout whilst also providing modern conveniences.The kitchen and sash windows were all hand made by local craftsmen  and where possible all materials were sourced locally.

The property is situated in a quiet location on one of the many alleyways that criss cross Winster.

It consists of 2 double bedrooms,Kitchen,Seperate Dining room and  Lounge.Externally is a cottage garden with sitting area.This gets the Sun until around 3pm.
